Once upon a time, I was a working wife, mother juggling all the balls in the air constantly feeling like I was dropping every single one of them. Fast forward to now, I am a passionate, full of energy and loving life. I have a tribe of fabulous amazing people in my life. I am motivated by my past to help as many people get to a better self-image by sharing with them skills and tips to be the best version of themselves.

Fiona brings an unparalleled passion to serve, mentor and support working mums everywhere as they achieve their goal for being more present in both the personal and professional lives. It is true, you can be a great mum AND have a rewarding career-guilt free.
Look good, feel good and do good. You can’t help others if you don’t have a strong foundation. To empower others you first need to empower yourself. In my job, I have faced challenges several times where I have been surrounded by people who wanted to intimidate me or corrupt me so they could get their own way. Now, this gets very real and possibilities to get attacked get higher with most people giving in and joining the corrupt ways. But if you have the willpower to fight all that then no one can have victory over you. The will power comes from establishing great foundations and staying true to yourself. Believe in yourself.
