Join us at Arkarra Gardens on Sunday 19th May for a divine afternoon of gourmet Low’n’Slow BBQ creations carefully paired with selected wines from the world’s most awarded winery Taylors Wines. Featuring Pork & Beef barbecue dishes created by Chef Russell Czinege and Pit Master Denis Maher, and hosted by Taylors Wines Ian Dellit.
Canapes on arrival
Pork belly burnt ends, wasabi pea puree, scorched sesame and nut glaze
Barbecued wagyu brisket tortellini, shiitake mushroom foam
Smoked beef carpaccio, capers, parmigiano reggiano
Smoked pork cheek potted rillettes, pickled vegetables, grissini
Reverse seared smoked New York strip loin, flamed at the table, served with marrow bone gremolada, five spice charred eggplant, carrot & fennel rosti, smoked & pickled mushrooms
Sticky date, scorched BBQ caramel and brandy sauce, flambeed caramelised figs and bananas.

Inclusions: Canapes on arrival , amuse-bouche and 3 courses each paired with select Taylors wines.
Cost: $115 per head, $1000 per corporate table of 10.
