Who doesn’t love the mystical and the magical? Many of us have built up big stories in our heads during our childhood as we have dreamt about dragons, castles, unicorns, and fairies – the colour, costumes, magic, and fun. Now you need dream no more as there is an event coming later this month for our little ones that will transport you back to your childhood.

Fantasy Festival is a fun day out to celebrate all things magical. Come along and meet the fairies and see other magical characters. There will also be some special guests, so make sure you bring the kids to come and say hello.  

The fun doesn’t stop there, as there will be so much more to excite and enthral. There will be roaming performers, a variety of kids shows, including a magic show, a bubble show, and sing-a-longs.

The kids will love to try their hand at jewellery making or covering themselves in glitter tattoos. There will be rides, face painting, and circus play and lots of themed products for sale.

Enjoy some great live music. Food and drinks will be available, or why not browse through the market stalls.

Tickets are available to purchase online at www.trybooking.com. Just type the event name in the search bar and add the postcode.

Online tickets are $6 per person. To receive this ticket price, tickets must be purchased online before the day of the Festival.

Entry tickets are available at the gate and are $7 per person.

Children under two years old receive free entry; however, they must have an infant ticket.

Where – Seafront Oval, Hervey Bay

This will be followed by the ‘Hervey Bay Sunset Sessions’ event from 5pm – 9pm.

Catch the movie on the big screen, and grab something to eat from one of the food vendors.

Cost – $2 entry – kids under 5 are free!
